Retention Period.

SWU will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the business purposes set out in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law. We will destroy your personal information after we no longer need it or when any applicable specific retention periods expire. However, we may need to hold your personal information beyond these retention periods due to regulatory requirements. Under this Privacy Notice, you have the following rights regarding your personal information collected by SWU.

The right to request specific items of personal information about you collected by SWU.
- SWU will inform you of the specific items of your personal information it has collected. Please contact us if you wish to know what specific information of yours SWU has collected.
Right to delete.
- You have a right to request that SWU delete your personal information. However, this is not an absolute right and SWU may deny deletion requests when it needs to retain personal information for certain statutory business reasons such as: (i) completing transactions for which personal information has been collected; (ii) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech; or (iii) our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation.
- SWU, promptly after receiving a verified deletion request, will delete your personal information from its records unless an exception permits retention and notify:
  - All third parties to whom it has shared the personal information to delete that information unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort; and
  - Its service providers and contractors to delete from their records the personal information that was collected under the business’s contracts.

- The CCPA grants consumers a right to request that a business correct any inaccuracies in the personal information it holds about them. A business must use commercially reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate personal information once it receives the consumer’s request.
- SWU, promptly after receiving a verified deletion request, shall:
  - Correct the personal information on its existing systems or alternatively, delete the contested personal information if the deletion does not negatively impact you or your consent to the deletion;
  - Ensure that the personal information remains corrected; and
  - Instruct its service providers and contractors to make the necessary corrections in their respective systems to personal information that was collected under the business’s contracts.

- SWU may collect personal information to share with any party for cross context behavioral advertising purposes. Once a consumer request to opt out, SWU shall:
  - Honor the request as soon as possible (maximum of 15 days), unless that you provide consent to resume personal information sharing;
  - Wait at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize future personal information sales;
  - Inform any third parties that received personal information after your opt-out request but before the business acted on it (downstream third parties) about the request and direct them to honor it.

Financial Incentives to collect or share personal information.

Under the CCPA, a business is allowed to provide financial incentives related to the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of personal information, which may result in price, quality, or service differences. SWU does not offer any such incentive.

Verification process.

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with the information you have previously provided to us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
When you have an agent to make requests to us under the CCPA please read the following. When a consumer authorizes an agent to make verified requests on their behalf, the business may require either:

The authorized agent to provide proof that the consumer gave the agent signed permission to submit the request.
The consumer to directly verify their own identity with the business.
The consumer to directly confirm that they provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

The additional agent verification requirements do not apply when the agent holds a valid power of attorney under the California Probate Code, however a business cannot require a power of attorney for an agent to act on a consumer’s behalf. Authorized agents must:

Implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices to protect the consumer’s information.
Only use a consumer’s personal information, and any information collected from or about the consumer, to fulfill the consumer’s request, confirm identities, or prevent fraud.

Authorized agents cannot make requests directly on behalf of a child under age 13. The child’s parent or guardian must authorize those requests
